Ode to Kimono Forest

Ode to Kimono Forest makes reference to a small neighborhood in Japan, Arashiyama, right outside of Kyoto. There at the train stop is an art installation with 600 backlit pillars adorned with vibrant kimono textiles. It is called Kimono Forest and is a beautiful site to behold especially in the evening when the old kimono fabrics are lit up.
